Unfortunately I can't, I don't own gmod and I'm not sure how to convert for it. I think there's plenty of tutorials out there if you want to try. I think there might be people who would do it for a small fee as well.

Thank you for your comment! Right now I'm too busy working on a different project so it's not likely I'll get back to game modding anytime soon. If you're interested in modifying the models, I dropped links to the source files on the otherside picnic discord a while back.
