I am assuming this mod will need updating for today's patch. I'll try to get to it in the next few days but I'm ALSO building a new computer this weekend (just in time for All Under Heaven, how fortunate) so I may be delayed.

Yes,, this is a text bug, the actual code still requires Iberia and Southern France. I'll fix the text and update shortly.

Thanks, I must have typo-ed something there,, will check. I need to update anyway, there were some changes to decision structure that I missed.

for some reason the Avenge Tours decision asks me to control Italia

Updated for 1.12. Of note: this update adds my changes to Avenge the Battle of Tours, which now works similarly to Reclaim Britannia (the relevant territory is held by Islamic realms with one or less Christian powerful vassal).

I don't see any compat issues with 1.10 here but I will probably get around to fixing the flag at some point soon.

So this took longer than I planned but I've updated this for 1.9.

Re the Wendish Empire, I don't expect to do anything like this for the more strictly *state formation" goals like "form X Empire" or Portugal. Reclaim Britannia is as much or more about a cultural resurgence as about a conquest so it seemed like a more collaborative route was fitting - Avenge the Battle of Tours reads similarly to me and I'll look into that one, and mayyyyyybe Become the Saoshyant (though I would probably still keep the Emperor of Persia requirement there)

Of course, RL always first, and thank you for considering it. Please have a nice day/evening.
Dallan  [author] 15 May, 2023 @ 6:09pm
Don't worry I understand! I definitely plan to n update this, likely in the next few days - I had other mods to update that have been bigger lifts and RL has been demanding

Sorry to be one of "those" querying for an update, but this mod looks mighty interesting to me, since I'm not a big fan of being forced to paint the map each time I want to see my realm, culture or religion just live and evolve.

Is the update something we could maybe look forward to in the future (no pressure on delivery) ?

Subsidiary question : since you've mentioned "Reclaim Britannia", would it make sense to include something similar regarding the ("collaborative") reformation of the "Wendish Empire" in this mod ?

Thank you very much for creating and sharing your high-quality CK3 (and CK2!) mods with us.

I've had time to look at my mods, and 1.8 didn't make any changes that should break this, but I've updated the marker so it'll stop nagging people!

nvm after reviewing of the other decisions I have decided to keep the whole mod, great job pal!

A suggestion for a future update: perhaps you could make it so that even if you faith only controls 2 holy sites you can still reform and same thing with only one holy site but it would require exponentially more piety
Dacios 11 Jun, 2022 @ 9:10pm
Cool lmao I actually learn a little about modding ot do it myself thanks
Dallan  [author] 11 Jun, 2022 @ 3:16pm
@Dacios: all you should need to do is remove collab_reform_decisions.txt and reclaim_britannia_override_effects.txt from the mod (a few other files contain stuff relevant to the decision changes but they won't do anything without those two).

You may have to redo this every time I update, though, unless you copy files out to your own mod and edit them there.

Is there a way I could make it so that the mod only changes the reformation part?
Dallan  [author] 4 Jun, 2022 @ 8:36am
Updated for 1.6, including the Dismantle Papacy changes.
Dallan  [author] 31 May, 2022 @ 7:33am
Happy patch day everyone!

I've looked over the patch notes and I don't EXPECT any compatibility problems running the current version of the mod with 1.6, but obviously no way to tell in advance.

I do plan an update this week anyway (I'm planning on revising Dismantle Papacy along the lines of Reclaim Britannia) but I may not have time to do so before Thursday - again, we'll see.

worked fine for 1.5 but havent tried 1.5.1 yet
Dallan  [author] 9 Feb, 2022 @ 12:32pm
Updated for 1.5. This was just a compatibility update, I haven't had a chance to play and see if anything is broken or needs to be added yet.
Chocobo-Raider 3 Jul, 2021 @ 5:34am
It does work, and I love it! I was so frustrated with the vanilla reformation rules. Thanks so much for your efforts!
rubylicious 30 Jun, 2021 @ 7:12am
Feedback: In my opinion the +60 ist not too low. So far I havent experienced a collaborative reformation, because rulers had been in total-war-mode most of the times.
Dallan  [author] 24 Jun, 2021 @ 6:06am
Should work, yeah. Obviously it won't change anything for reformations that have already happened but it'll change the rules going forward.
Chocobo-Raider 23 Jun, 2021 @ 11:04pm
Can I add this mod to an existing save?
Killinspecialist 11 May, 2021 @ 3:03am
