(that one i think should be easy to pull off. random date check if there is still a living ruller member of this family and choose him at random say a event like he declares reunification and the pesents flock to his banner and have his title no matter the size change to the empire of tibet with extra spawned troops similar to the turkic invaders. or maybe if you can't pull it off with a pre existing ruler just do it with a new family which claims tibet should be unified out of ambition.)

Are you gonna add Lechina Empire? It's an ahistorical empire some people believe in, most of the people just treat it as a meme. It should basically contain the part of the Europe that wasn't controlled by the Romans and Asia except its southern coast countries (Persia, India, China) and Roman lands.

The same could be said about Bavaria-Lombardy.
