Hope this gets updated to 1.4 at some point, as it's a gorgeous theme.
You'll want to ask on the RimThemes page about that - this mod is graphics/skin only, I'm not familiar with the actual coding of the RimThemes mod, and that would be what affects that.
I've updated the cursor to be more accurate per both of your feedback. Tested it on the menu buttons to home it in.
I also included an alternate cursor in the files, if you prefer a more standard triangular mouse cursor over the more accurate to the games rounded one. In order to switch it out, just rename the files in the mod folder.
If you go into the mod settings for RimThemes, you can disable any part of the theme you don't like!
Yes, I use both RimThemes and RimHUD and have never had any issues

You don't need to reboot to change themes - if you click the logo in the bottom right hand side of the main menu it'll bring up a menu to change the theme. You can also access that menu in-game from the pause menu, also by clicking on the logo.
