This sceanario crashes for me with "too many errors - see logmate." Logmate doesn't show any logs. I didn't install steam in Program files, so.... Where can I find the error log so I can get a clue as to the problem? I don't see any files modifed today that look like a log.

Another great run. Might we be seeing a continuation to No. Haven in the future?
No43_Moggy 17 May, 2015 @ 9:34am
Cheers Elphaba, that's what I thought. I did test it earlier and that seemed to be the case.
High Iron Simulations  [author] 17 May, 2015 @ 4:50am
No43_Moggy: Good question. I believe the restricted (signal) speeds are the same for passenger and freight.
No43_Moggy 17 May, 2015 @ 2:59am
Elphaba, I have a silly question so brace yourself. For the in cab signalling system, do we follow the speeds as per what's printed in the manual? The only reason I'm asking is because there's only 1 speed limit in each description and not (as I thought there would be) separate speed limits for passenger or freight. If any of this makes sense.
Keep up the good work!

RolandBP: Glad you enjoyed the run. The route is somewhat demanding, but it's a good one for sure :)
RolandBP 26 Jul, 2014 @ 6:45pm
First Run with this loco, thanks for doing a scenario with it on this route. Loved the start, but found this route tested my PC, even when I wound the Graphics down from High to medium. I thought the signals had disappeared because of my lower Graphic setting, but now realise they do not show normally and they are in the middle of the track.
High Iron Simulations  [author] 5 Jul, 2014 @ 5:36am
JLD95: Glad you enjoyed the run, thanks as always for your comments
JLD95 5 Jul, 2014 @ 12:14am
Great run, thank you Elphaba
ElPumpo 22 Jun, 2014 @ 2:42am
@Elphaba, you are very welcome, an update on the braking, I changed it when runnign a train on the Canadian Mountain pass, and it seemed to take the change on your senario.
High Iron Simulations  [author] 21 Jun, 2014 @ 4:14pm
[RC]Soviet Wolf: Thanks very much for your comments. To be honest, I usually use the braking settings as is, so would have to check it out.
ElPumpo 21 Jun, 2014 @ 2:48pm
Great work again, in regards to the brake settings, it does not want to seem to change when I press the key combination, tested it with the canadian mountian pass and worked fine there, any ideas on whats going on?
High Iron Simulations  [author] 20 Jun, 2014 @ 2:05pm
rockymtdoc: The Metro-North portion of the route (in real life as in the game) relies upon cab signals rather than lineside signals except for dwarfs at junction points. I ride this route daily and can say it is remarkably accurate.
rockymtdoc 20 Jun, 2014 @ 8:57am
This is my first time on the NEC and my first time in a CSX unit, and I found this a streagne experience indeed.

First of ll, a smoooth trip all the way, as is usual with one of Elphaba's creations. Enjoyed the ride!

Most of the block signals shown on the HUD were not there at all. Only three dwarf signals appeared during the entire run - Pike Main, Green Main and just short of West Stam, but no lights at all at the stopping point. Since those liights are a function of the route rather than the scenario, I don't know what to make of it.

I would have liked more AI. Except for the regular AMTRAK units on the oncoming track, the route seemed as lifeless as the surface of the moon.

Again, good run and an interesting route that reminds me a lot of Pennesylvania. I'll figure it out eventually. ;-/
derrick706 6 Jun, 2014 @ 9:28pm
Yeah, the first time I attempted this scenario, I failed to flollow your advice to disable the alerters. That attempt was short lived. So, I started over and followed the advice and I had a much smoother time with it. So, with that in cab signal, I understand the top aspect is all clear and the second one is usually an approach signal. But as for the bottom ones, What are the speed restricitions, Because I get caught up in trying to follow the speed limits and the signals at the same time. The bottom one is usually a stop signal...right? I'm just trying to get a better understanding of that. It's easy on the Amtrak engines, because the display also tells you the speed restriction for the signal.
