I've added some general troubleshooting for workshop maps to the description.
The problem has to do with the custom textures downloaded with the map itself, which the steam workshop is really bad at handling. Unless everyone has been having that problem and just decided not to tell me, it might be a problem conflicting with other downloaded maps (something about when it asks you "Do you want to replace NODRAW.vtf?" , if you encountered that.) I'd try unsubscribing and re-subscribing, or unsubscribing from other maps and re-subscribing to them in a different order.
