i think the "lost person/diver" missions are bugged, at the moment, it doesnt recongnice when you find the objective, thus, you cant finish it

i don't understand "diver lost contact" mission, i found a diver, and bring him to the hospital, nothing happens, no pop ups neither

Hey, there seems to be a conflict with default resource trading, it puts diesel pumps where the coal collectors should be on the rail lines, blocking some of the tracks. =| Also it messes up the custom cargo container mod and everything gets much more random that it should be. Still, like it better than default missions so I hope there will be an update.

is there a way to change the mission frequency settings via the mission files?

since im running on the dedicated server and sometimes it feels like missions are not spawning naturally.

Minor issue: An orange semi truck (no trailer) spawned for a refuel mission. Though the mission can be done nicely there is a fuel guage on the side. That guage didnt move at all. I got the a detailed tool tips on a tank and it was indeed getting the fuel. Mission completed successfully so its a very minor thing.

Also...

I have since hen dealt with boats on fire.

Its nice having a greater variety of things to do. Ive even made a series of land vehicles to do land stuff now.

Mission suggestions:

= Floating container, trailer truck sized container that floats has been spotted and needs to be resolved... sunk? brought to port?

= Life boat sighted
10-20 people in a life boat to bring in

= Life boat amid sharks
As above but add in sharks to make getting them dangerous

= Refugee raft
A handful of people floating on a raft

= Stranded
1-4 people on an island need to go to hospital

Stop a fast moving speed boat's engine... how hard can that be... bump,... slam... skid... weeze... dangle myself with a rope... bump... steer.... wiggle... dangle... bump... bash.... clip. Finally.

And then there was the time it ended up flipping over when it smacked into my boat's pilot house.

Love the additional things to do.

On missing diver. Search area is bigger than some boats. Suggest using a smaller radius on the assumption they know where he was supposed to go down. Diver likely drifting with the current and not making many knots of speed.

Suggestion though for "passenger overboard" who fell off a ferry/cruise ship at some point so they don't know when they were lost. Now this one could have the big radius.

I didn't change north tiles yet. So spawn zones are only on/near mainland.
(I want add zones icebergs tiles and volcano island if I had a time...

Thanks asking. The accident will spawn when the patrol mission start, nothing spawn later. So you can return base anytime, if you couldn't find anything.

For the patrol missions I have a question, does the actual "mission" spawn in with the patrol mission or at a random point during the patrol's timer? For example, if it was a patrol mission where you have to save people from a boat would you be able to find the boat immediately or does it spawn in at a random point, like say 30 minutes into the patrol mission's timer?

Hi @snake21jpn, I wanted to thank you for your terrific addons!

Have you saw some performance issues when using it in multiplayer?

I have an issue when two or more missions are spawned at the same time, whenever this happens ping of every connected user (and host) is skyrocketing, and the game becomes unplayable. Ending the missions fixes the issue on the spot.

Any thoughths? This happens in curret version of stormworks (1.4.6) I'm more than happy to provide more details / assist you with debugging

I guess missing diver seems one of the hardest mission in this addon.
...but seems too hard to find them. I'll consider reviewing the difficulty. (reduce search radius, adding beacon/strobe or something way.

I'm planning to build police/military missions. But script support is still too weak to simulate complex situation...
So I sent request to Dev. I'm waiting SW next updates.

This is excellent work!

Both this and the Target Drones mission give me high hopes of what's possible for the community to add in Stormworks, as one of the things that's sorely missing right now for those of us that have the weapons DLC are missions where you have to search and destroy (sink) enemy patrol boats raiding our shipping lanes or drug runners trying to escape in their speedboats.

Sadly at the moment the only enemy units we can find appear in the Conquest game mode and that - like your average Michael Bay movie - sounds impressive to begin with, but once you experience it, it just turns out to be a rather half-baked, unrewarding explosion fest that gets tedious pretty quickly. ;)

@snake21jpn - Great addon, all of them, I use all of all of the Career addon pack scripts, and thank you for updating them allong with the game.
- Problem - I can't seem to find the missing diver, in any diver mission, diver lost contact, or missing diver, can't find him.... what am i doing wrong? Where is he? is he above or below the water? help ;)

This mission scripts come from vanilla mission about 60%. Others are I changed/made. (changed for optimize.

cool mod bit i think its half broken. trains floating (this blue train in particular) trains cliping through the railway, fires in the air ect. Is there a required seed?

Update: Apparently I had to fly about 6000m away and wait for the missions to be completed by another agency. They despawned once the mission area chunks despawned

For some reason I have missions that are stuck. I had a "turn off the speedsters engine" scenario and I did, then crashed my helicopter so I reloaded the save. For some reason this made the mission never complete and the boat will no despawn. This is Career

It seems to bug of SW's script reload sequence.

I'll try to find a way to avoid this.

Very great mod that you have released. However i encountered a bug : the timer of the mission is stuck. I've wrote the command "?mend" but it decreased the timer to 60 seconds but the timer is still stuck

another tid bit from prior comments I see is that the runaway boats were broken, not sure if I just lucked out or what but I was able to stop one and shut its engines down which completed the mission for me.

With that begin said I have only had 1 such mission so far so maybe I just got lucky.
