Probably because of worse graphics and unrealistic movement I never had any issues with causing all sorts of chaos in Cyrodiil :D
If you killed someone EVERYTIME the might saw that and let the guards search you ...
Telyak, I too enjoy when they bring back people or themes between games. Though I suppose ESO technically came before the others anyway...

I didn't know he was a god - and no, in Oblivion he was not a fake, the whole Mages Guild quest was dedicated to, erm, removing him. Maybe they changed it in ESO, idk.
