I've REALLY been enjoying using this for my Natsupoi edit!! It looks so great! I tried to make it on my own, but I couldn't get it right! This is perfect. Thanks so much!!

I've noticed that Koguma also uses this move, but she modifies it and calls it the Kog*Latch. Basically, she hits the back lash, and then she immediately follows it up with a jacknife hold, as below!
