Has anyone found a solution to getting the hotkey menu back, or some way to define hotkeys through configuring the files directly? Thanks!

The keybinds aren't definable in the game right now. Thankfully they still are working, but I can't check and change the keybinds now.

Did 6.0 break this? I've been using the pipe server for External App so it's all setup already. I even added this mod to the permissions.json, but the actual hotkeys don't work. They show up in the settings and I can assign them, but they don't actually do anything. The context menus do work.

Wow! This is brilliant, I do enjoy the play style with massive fighter / fighter bomber wings but found the interface to command such a tedious chore. You would be the greatest hero if you came up with a way to auto restock missiles and auto repair fighters once they dock as long as the missile parts and any other required supply is available on the carrier. Unless I missed that capability. I have't played for a while and just downloaded avarice and reinstalled the game. Thanks! Modders rule.

@Le'gend: obviously we got you sorted offline, but for the benefit of everyone else:

You'll receive the command rejected message for one of two reasons:

1) You don't have a valid selection, meaning you haven't selected any fleets or wings via either the right click menu or hotkeys or your current selection has died

2) You don't have a valid target. The right click component just takes whatever you're pointing at on the map as the target, so this basically never comes up in that context. The hotkeys takes the _player's target_ as the target for the command--the ship/station/whatever needs to be highlighted in your right multi-function-display in the cockpit. In the map that means you need to select something and press 't' (default binding), In the cockpit you can target with either t or just a normal left click in space or the gravidar.

For some reason when I give an order via hotkey's it gives me the message "command rejected". Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

Thank you so much, this makes small fighter combat much easier.
It was really annoying to open map everytime to give order for my wingmen during battle, now I can focus on combat with much more precise wing control.

Ty for explanation, was sure there was a technically barrier somewhere there as you would have no doubt already included it if it was possible. nevertheless great work.

Sadly I cannot create new submenus, only use the existing ones. That means at best I have access to the wing assignments submenu or the deployables submenus; both of which are not suitable imho.

For this mod in particular the right click menu is not substantially longer than it would have been otherwise. The standard right click menu is unchanged, and the wing quick menu is a near copy--only adding the wing selectors as appropriate.

A good chunk of the logic for all my mods is only showing relevant commands explicitly to cut down on display space. Internally I've made about 60 commands across all my mods, but you'll only ever be shown at max about 15 or so in any given context if you have all of them installed.

The alternative is to bury all this stuff in the behavior panel so that you need to go through and select modified behaviors for every single ship individually.

I agree as much as i appreciate all the new commands i dont like the clutter now with all them essp when in a heated battle. i was thinking exactly the same sub menus if possible. You know this is shit EGO need to start concentrating on now that they have all there addons and content out the way. bug fixing and QOL

Nice!

I would suggest putting all your commands (from all mods) into sub-menus.

Main menu:
Sub-menu "Wing Hotkeys": -> "Hotkeys Stuff ..."
Sub-menu "Urgent Orders": -> "Orders Stuff ..."
Sub-menu "Subsystem Targeting Orders": -> "Targeting Stuff ..."

Right now it little distracting and takes time to find the needed command in the long list.
