Hey namSayin. I can't actually change the existing counter, but i guess i could make a mod that adds the old one next to the current one. I think such a mod may exist already, but if i'm wrong ill get on it.

Is there a way to change it so we can use the afterbirth+ tear rate stat so base tear rate shows 10 and caps at 1?

no, found hud was not added until afterbirth+

I'm pretty sure these icons were introduced in Rebirth, thus being the same in Afterbith/+, correct me if I'm wrong though and I'll change the name/description c:
