Go to:
Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\maps\workshop
select the .bsp map file from the map you want to play and copy it.
go to:
Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\maps
and paste it.
launch insurgency.
type in the console:
map "mapname"

there should be a folder in maps folder with map name move map from that folder into the reg map folder
