This will fix the issue with Steam not allowing you to update your mission.


SOLUTION:
1) open steam console with WIN+R type, steam://open/console

2. in steam console type this command: testappcloudpaths 107410

Try using CBA. I have fixed this issue but steam will not allow me to update the mission for some reason
