I beat Hush with this item, i didn't get any achievement or completion marks and the portal to The Void didn't appear.

Honestly I think I forgot to add a quality to it and the game defaults it to zero. I was planning on making it a 4, and to add it to the secret room pool since it would make sense.

There isn't really a way to test for a debug flag being on or off, just the option to toggle it, and making a system that detect such thing, especially if other mods mess with them, can get pretty messy.

Why is it 0 quality. Shouldn't it be 4 so it's harder to find and craft?

id get this item but it can be extremely op if ur lucky (high damage, high luck, infinite item charges)

I think all effects should reset in the benining of a new floor. High damage just carried my run

Funny mod. But IMO, I think it'd be cooler/"balanced" if it had a very low chance of spawning in secret rooms exclusively, with a higher charge rate. Otherwise, cool start.
