You should be able to remap the keys to different ones. The ones you'll need to remap are the ones on the back of each of the main guns. And the small AA-guns have to be changed too. After you've changed it please save it.

The ship was created with completely vanilla parts and in the latest version. There may me an issue with mods on your end.

To be fair, I spent hours working on mine. I have at least 40 previous models that aren't nearly as good. I play this game as RnD cause that's where I find it has it's virtues
