Another thing I found is about the upper coilgun if you aim at the most bottom right you can damage your own sub by hitting Upper fore side zone. Fixed by set upper coilgun max rotation limits to 25.
And vent in Medbay doesn't linked to oxygen generator.

the problem is shutter ceiling in ladder spot isn't high enough for character model to fully climb that so they stuck on that spot. I already try to move shutter ceiling higher it's seem like that problem fixed.

I fixed that issue in a later patch, maybe try to reinstall?

bot stuck at shutter ladder if they climbing on the right side of it player as well
