Where could I change it personally if I must? Don't know anything of modding, is it difficult?
I have been thinking about this problem for two years now, it was always retarded how capitals got this huge advantage BESIDES more slots, and regular majors should have had this from the start also. Thank you my brother, you Samurai Jack lover you!
I don't suppose I can convince you to also fix Norsca and give them the normal amount of slots (for them and everyone else occupying their lands, Vortex/ME) they should have had since game 2?
The fact that CA didn't do it is an oversight born out of neglect, not some deliberate balance concern, this is known, which is why Crynsos fixed them in his unlocker, which sadly we all know is never going to be updated. This will also greatly assist poor Albion and the Fimir factions in OvN. Thank you again!
I always hated how all the smaller capitals were so annoying to build up with just more buildings, especially with the recent growth changes. And I disliked having more slots than vanilla, so this is perfect.
