I cant see the first few stages floors but when i go in a sacrifice room/shop the floor comes back up but i see black walls

I literally almost got a heart attack when I read that in my log today, If It wasn't because someone on discord, I would actually have said that the game actually mines bitcoin.

Just a minor issue, not getting level name for Catacombs or what I believe is Utero. It just shows I or II, depending on which floor of the chapter it is.

When I reach catacombs the different wall textures tend to mix up and look out of place, is this a problem with StageAPI or this?
