The signed cards are indeed promos there should be one per player, and I will get the count for the tokens and update thanks for the feedback!

Are the signed cards promos? I ask because there are more cards in some of the decks than are listed in the rulebook.

Also, there are bet tokens missing; the proper type are there, but as is each player has to copy-paste the extras.
