You can spawn parts in creative mode only in nZombies Rezurrection. In other versions of the gamemode you need to use a map script.

if i wanted to make the turbine a buildable, what would the ID numbers be set to?

i figured out the problem with the clicking/no ammo sound. it only happens to me if i have some sort of vox enabled, like nzombies tfa vox or just the original tfa version

ive also tried spawning them in via "ent_create (name of placeable) and i seem to get a script error going on with the model being invisible, only the turbine seems to work, but even then, doesnt really power doors that need power

seems i can only place the turbine, the rest wont place down, just keeps giving me a clicking noise (as in, empty clip of a weapon)

The console command is "give nz_weapon_turbine" (the names of the others are in the description). If you want to properly implement buildables in your config however, you'll have to use a map script.
