@Рихтер err...with all due respect man: I'm not giving to some simple archers the fire power damage of an Helstorm Rocket Battery.

@Рихтер Thanks man, but you might want to be more specific on that.
Are you talking about all of these units or a specific one?
For 100 damage you mean the full value split between melee attack-weapon strength-missile strength?
Notice that Militia and Regular Archers are supposed to feel weaker in ranged combat if compared to Wulfhart's Archers.
Against which units they fought? Archers generally do less damage than intended against heavy armoured targets.
Right now statwise Veteran and Altdorf Archers are mostly on par if not better than other Empire ranged units.
