This is the same StG-60 from a Fallout 4 mod.
This may be the same mod creator , it may not, I am unsure on that only because its been ages since I touched Fallout 4.

Sadly no, I stop modding after my PC that contain all the OG files kneel over and die, and the old mod structure of this game make it impossible to reverse engineer it.
So it is either start from scratch, or throw hands up and say fuck it.
I don't have any problem myself, check your audio settings.
Also, even though it is the problem of the mod, sadly I can't fix it. My gaming rig that I use to make mods suffer a slight case of die.
