@nicovallejos - Why wouldn't this mod exist anymore? Despite the "UAE Our World" mod, they're both different and I guess there's no harm for both to exist. They both deliver a separate purpose. for the collection they're were / are made for. I do find your post very pointless, however, I would agree, this mod does require an update and I'm already working on it. ;-)

I'm nearly sorry to inform anyone that the Days of Sadat's UAE mod has been inactive and is not updated since 15 April 2014. For that, I'm afraid that his mod might be cease to exist soon. Thus, I think that DoctorMcGann, SuperWaffle and others from the 'Our World' group would take over and start updating the mod whatever they could.

Aside from the issue of them currently being extremely OP, I also discovered another little bug. When this is enabled, the Jumeirah Hotel is available for all civs to build, not just UAE.

Seems ridiculously OP... Your unique ability is basically the UA's of Venice+Brazil+Egypt, and also double oil... Sorry but you need to tweak that, a lot.

@wdurham23 - Thank you for your kind comments. I will look into why other civs can build the hotel. If you look at the list of Civs to be made for this collection, I've mentioned that I will be creating a Iraq civ led by Saddam and Al Bakr.

should keep all these buffs but lower them all a lot maybe something like 2 extra trade routes upon so and so tech, 10% wonder bonus,and 50% bonus to tourism, the oil isnt very important

Oh and another thing, since I not an expert in coding and all. I do find it safe to use the existing traits and mix it up a little to be the safest option in my point of view as I would hate to be adventurous and then start dealing with identifying issues within game play later.

@[De~Yupuro] Roasted_Cat - you are right, couldn't agree more. As I was saying earlier, I'm no expert in coding or doing LUA coding or anything like that therefore I enjoy the design aspect of it. The idea behind my mods that I will eventually replace all the civs in the game with modern nations in three collections. thats the idea really hence the over op traits.

@Moo Zedong - I like the idea of t he invisible free building. I do understand the trait is not really unique but some of you are not aware I'm not an expert in coding in Mods. I'm just a designer therefore I don't specialise in that area and I don't get any assistance towards any of my mods.

Yeah I understand that it's not as op if you only play with your civs but yeah it creates a lot of problems such as its not usable with any other "normal" civs since it simply destroys them. And also its not super creative since its as other people previously said just a bunch of traits from original civs bunched together. You can still make it more op and "gimmicky" so to speak (which can be good). Just make sure its original :P

I understand, your Sadat civs are meant to be played together, in which they are comparitively equal in power. Still, the trait is a little bland, as it is just a big mess of bonuses.
I can't think of any replacements right now, but I might leave a suggestion later.

Although if you're looking to spice up your UAs in general, try giving your civs an invisible free building. Buildings have many bonuses which the traits table does not. Also try giving your civs a free dummy social policy. Social policies have an enormous amount of unique bonuses. Giving a free social policy requires a small amount of LUA code though.

I do realise that this is an OP civ. So are the other Mods I've created. I could change it and make it less of an OP, please make your suggestions. Otherwise I tend to make things a little different, for example my Mods are all OP compared to other mods here. I tend to produce things out of the norm and different. But put all my mods in one game and tell me which one is the most OP? Of course your feedback is valuable and important therefore I will consider a change if it must.

Don't you think thats a few too many traits? You've basically rolled Venice, Brazil, Arabia, and Egypt into one giant monster. I think the UAE is a cool place, but this trait is way too strong.
This mod does have pretty great art though.
