Is anyone else having an issue with siege battles? every time I try to assault a settlement it goes to a perpetual loading screen. This is the only Mod I am running btw.:steamsad:

Is it possible to give Spain and Carthage the numidian archers and spain to have either spear war bands and druids or basic minor stone walls to show the "semi civilisied" feel of the iberian civilization

My only problem with units stats is morale/defence part. Pikemen fight to the last man, hammer and anvil does not rout enemies at all etc. Rest of the mod is perfect.

I love the extra units but I can't seem to toggle it without unit rebalance. "-If you want original units stats but with the additional units, switch unit balance to classic in the menu." This doesnt work. If you can make a single mod with only extra units i would be very thankful.

never mind. i read the comments below and swapped the unit colour to realistic and it worked. might be worth putting that into the description just so people know to do that :P great mod though!

will you be giving the greek units for Egypt unit cards? as for now they are only using peasant units cards

@Elrosthir it may be the names of captain led armies of certain factions. I noticed that when editing the descr_strat files of my other mods and had to change those names. Will most likely have to do it for this mod as well.

I don't get it, I only have this mod installed, have played it for many hours. but it's been a while since I started a new game, and if i try now, it crashes. It loads saved files without problem though.

@EMIEE, I also had that problem..did what was suggested, but I also switched unit colour scheme from vibrant to realistic.. and it worked.

@EMIEE that is really strange since in the mod folders, the units and unit_info folders have the correct unit card information so that it is not the generic peasant picture. Maybe its just a bug with the game right now.

Unsubscribed, removed all mods and their folders (even Local), verified cache, subscribed. Same problem.

@EMIEE I think you have to unsub then re-sub to the mod to get it to download again. I did that and the unit cards loaded normally for me.

All new units have pictures as peasants. Can't tell the difference between those units in my army.

@Trajan It may be a certain unit in the armies about to fight or it may be the terrain loading on the map. Is it a bridge battle you are fighting on?

For some reason I cannot load battles in the campaign, the game crashes to desktop when the load bar is almost full, didn't have this issue on vanilla, any idea what might be causing this?

@Jack, that is intended since I merged all the Roman's together. I dont know how to get rid of those screens unfortunately. When I looked at other mods like RTR imperium surrectum they have the same screen popups for those roman factions.

For some reason when I start a new game as the Saleucids with this mod active, the Brutii, Scipii and SPQR factions are destroyed immediately. Anyone else having this issue?

@kagahosenju that's because the roman phalanxes mod edits the export_descr_unit file, same as this mod. So yeah there will definitely be a conflict there

@Frank, so in the campaign you use the ` key to open the cheat tab. so you use this cheat add_population "name of city" 4000 (4000 being max number per cheat input). You can use add_money 40000 for that good money. Instantly build buildings using process_cq city name. Pressing the up key brings up the previous cheat used and press enter key to activate the cheat.

I hope you can do the Mundus Magnus without crashes...a no rebel settlement would be so epic! By the way crashes with bridge battles is a vanilla bug, check the beta update...

when i started the game today, i didn't install this mod and it ran just like normal hahaha

checked the mod box and it's back to normal now

so i went into the custom battle, now medium unit size only gives 40 soldiers and high unit size gives me 80 soldiers. and tiny unit size gives 20.

many of my old units from last night's gameplay are still at 60 soldiers/unit but the unit info says "60/40"

another tiny bug. i was playing on medium unit size so a unit of hastati should be at 60 soldiers per unit. but i wake up today and got into the game. now every unit of hastati only contarn 40 soldiers and the level 1 blacksmith no longer provides armor upgrade.

something i did last night was that i installed another overhaul mod and played it for a bit. then i reinstalled this mod and loaded into the campaign i was playing last night.
maybe that's the issue?

@pimpingbunny, did you build the imperial palace in the city of Rome? Because I built it in Arretium and it worked (Cheat to have the reform activate on turn 2). I looked this up on old forums, apparently the city of Rome with an imperial palace cannot trigger the marian reforms since in vanilla, Rome is owned by the SPQR and they are not allowed to trigger the reforms, only the other houses.

@steelwarrior77, been doing some tests as Parthia and the AI is attacking each other after I made that change with the faction behaviour, you were right about that 100%. Everybody is fighting all over the map now.Now i'm definitely gonna make that no rebel version of mundus magnus. Only issue I have found is i'm getting crashes during the end turn phase but the error message is different every time. But as I reload the game and try again the end turn phase works so maybe its just random.
