Just tested it, and yep this is the reason it doesn't work. If the sounds.xml file is modified by any other mod it's guaranteed to use .ogg file form for these sounds, which means you'll have to manually go into the mods, find the four files listed in the xml file, and change them to .wav

I figured out the main reason it doesn't work. It's due to the original file being in .ogg form, while this has it in .wav form. Easy fix, just change any mods that have the sounds.xml file to be .wav instead of .ogg for these four sound files.

Hey, I went out of my way to experiment a little, and I found out that for some reason the argument's sound files are the only files done in .WAV instead of .OGG like every other sfx audio file, so if you plan to update the mod again, you can probably just remove the sound.xml file and it should work just fine since you did get the files named correctly.
