documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/MODS
for people who dont want to wait, there is a non vox populi version that will work in vox populi, but it seems to be unbalanced and cause tech tree glitches later down the line.
Latest Vox Populi is v15!!
We are out of luck unless someone will help to patch it all up. :(
im new to Vox Populi but this mod says it needs "Community Balance Overhaul" mod, while the Vox Populi files I installed only come with "Vox Populi" and "Community Patch"

Same here. Trying to figure this out as well.
What I'd like ot know is, how important are they? Can I have a largely overhauled experience with just this mod, or should i get those too? And if they are a good adjunction, do they work with this version? Because they are from the original author, and his version is now discontinued, so i thought it wasnt a good idea to get them working with your newer version, is it?
