Hey Phil! Love your videos. I've been editing a map from the content creator map pack in a similar way you did for CWC (essentially removing parellel one-way highways in favor of two-lane, two-way hwys).

I read that intercity buses need a one-way highway at the edge of the map to spawn. Have you encountered this issue/have a fix for it? I did try to have my two way hwy connect to one way hwys at the edge of the map, but that resulted in bogging down my highways with a TON of traffic. Thanks!!!

Why do you need mass transit DLC? It has been cool if there was no DLC.

When I load the save gamed it unlocks all milestones and starts with unlimited money. Anyone find a fix for this?

What is the name of the theme that CPP used for Ashland? I really want to use it.

Having issues?
This is a save game, you will have to be sure it is enabled in the content manager, listed under game saves, and then select it in the Load menu.
Make sure you have the workshop mods subscribed, in the Required list on the right of this page. Also, open the Clearwater County Collection above the description and comments, be sure you are subscribed to the map this save uses.

I'm creating Clearwater along wit the series a complete list of assets included in each custom theme or an upload of the theme itself would be great.

MasterSquid Go to Content Manager / SavedGames and make sure the saved game is enabled, then go to Load Game and search for the save in the left hand pane. Also make sure you enable all the mods that are required too in Content Manager / Mods.

Guys the Required DLC's are listed on the right hand side of the save game page, also all the mods and extras are listed below the that too.

Where can i find a list of the mods he uses?

I am getting pretty confused on how to use this map, i have it downloaded, but how do i load it and play it?

Is there a way to get the buildings that were used in a pack together or do I have to get each one individually?

@City Planner Plays I installed all the listed assets, however, my lighting is dark and dull :(... would you mind making a short video explaining how you set up your mods and relight etc so that it looks the way it does?

@Gepharticus same here. And when I try it on my own map, I'm left with about 2 mln in debt. Looking for a way to release all 81 tiles and then the possibility to start with a 'clean sheet'.

@GEPHARTICUS - i am having the same issue it loads in and everything is unlocked etc and i have 750k i dont know how to fix this either please help us

Is it the save file or a mod that is causing this problem: when the save is loaded for the first time, all population unlocks are completed, and I have $750K? How would I go about fixing this?

omg, i completely forgot this was a save file and i was looking for the map in 'new game' instead of 'load game' for over an hour. i feel so stupid hahaha

@rjjr When you go into theme manager you can create your own custom theme, and put the assets into the theme, it takes quite a bit of time but it isn't to bad especially if you plan to divide them for diffrent types of neighborhoods as well.

Great Map! Has anyone else had issues with the Building Themes used in the video for this map (Historic American, Mansion District, and Brick Downtown) I have tried for several days to resolve this issue but to no avail. They do not show up in theme manager no matter what my population is. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it several times, unsubscribed from all assets and mods and then re subscribed to everything again. I really want to continue using this map while keeping true to the vision of the author. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

@Ray Finkle -- you could start the map with unlimited money, do the changes you need, then turn limited money back on, though you might well end up in the red after doing that. I'm not sure as I've never done it, but I'd find it less daunting than using the map editor.

How did you go about replacing the highways? Map Editor? New game and a give money console command? Thanks in advance. Trying to do something similar on a different map for my own leisure.

@City Planner Plays - That would be very nice although i think i have to upgrade my system for it, since the assets that i am already loading will drop my fps to 30 ish lol.

Kept searching for this Saved Game with the Clearwater County name and then finally realized it's called CWC.

so do you have daylight classic in this? cause your settings look beautiful but it seems i can't really get it to look like this. OR maybe my eyes are just too sensitive

Noob question but if Assets from his map are required is that fulfilled simply by subscribing to his map?

As a new player i'm super excited to follow along and build the city with you. Thanks for all the content

Thanks for putting this save up with the roads changed. I have absolutely no idea how to do something like that...yet. I can't wait to see how the build goes.
