If you ever had the time or will to update this one, it'd be great :)

Understandable that people don't have infinite time though. Thanks for the times I could play this :)

@Seether

That mod does not contain all the items in this one, such as Metamorphoses.
Soviet Tom Bombadil 2 Feb, 2023 @ 1:21pm
1.4 tho
A Kobold 21 Nov, 2022 @ 5:01am
It doesn't break anything, but you cannot use the injector things: It simply doesn't register at all in 1.4
You'll have to use something like Character Editor to add the effects, which does seem to work as usual.
Kyler Underwood 18 Nov, 2022 @ 8:22am
Anyone have any info on how compatible this is with 1.4? If it doesn't overtly break anything, it could potentially be used as-is until an update comes out.
Smrots 5 Nov, 2022 @ 11:20am
A lot of you need to stop spamming "Please update" that doesn't create incentive for the author it's just annoying. Be patient or piss off.
Astrobia 5 Nov, 2022 @ 7:36am
Is this used along side or instead of the one maintained by Mlie?
jason wolven 5 Nov, 2022 @ 6:15am
i agree with the rest please update this
Iskamele 1 Nov, 2022 @ 11:26am
Update, please
Renix 24 Oct, 2022 @ 9:47pm
I am also here to express interest in 1.4 update.
Chucktom88 22 Oct, 2022 @ 12:21pm
pls update
Nameless 7 Oct, 2022 @ 6:48am
Hi @Mezz, hello @Taranchuk, many thanks to you for such an amazing mod! Do you have any plans updating for 1.4 and the new DLC?
Respect 8 Aug, 2022 @ 12:02pm
Lol, Archotech Metamorphose gave my pawn animal parts.
Luke Vale 31 Jul, 2022 @ 6:38am
Ah yes I noticed that and decided to check. I'll load up the game and see if they popped back and will grab the recommended mod, thank you for the help :D
nex 31 Jul, 2022 @ 12:02am
@Luke Vale yes. this is the way rimworld works. if you have Character Editor you can enable "hidden hediffs" and see that i.e. someone with a bionic leg has tons of hidden missing toes etc..

afaik this mod fixes it: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2739055353
though often after a reload those missing parts are added again.
Luke Vale 30 Jul, 2022 @ 6:02pm
I'm running into the issue where the regenerator is burning uses to heal removed limbs... that are removed because they have a prosthetic there instead?
Reformed Automatan 9 Jul, 2022 @ 7:59pm
For some reason the regenerator is reviving dead colonists at level 2. Anyone have any idea why?
robgw3 5 Jul, 2022 @ 7:41pm
If you use the Metamorphose on a normal pawn, will it set the Bioadapter, Subdermal Armor, etc to Lv 1 or max level?
Reeber 21 Jun, 2022 @ 9:46am
Is archotech regenerator supposed to delete all implants on resurrection?
Rusty Car Keys 14 Jun, 2022 @ 6:38pm
The Archotech Metamorphose Implant should definitely be worth way more silver than all the other implants, it gives almost every implant at max level and archotech limbs but costs as much as any other archotech implant.
LucifelShiningL MK-XIII 26 May, 2022 @ 8:37pm
some weird issue found with archotech cortex. if installed them, then the pawn recreation needs doesn't fall. why???
The Almighty 404 24 May, 2022 @ 11:03pm
So, for some reason, the Archotech Metamorphose gives my human pawns the animal Archotech implants from "Yet another prosthetic expansion mod - Animals". How does this mod select what implants to use ?
nex 25 Apr, 2022 @ 11:17pm
@ShivKnight its a known "bug".. for example if you have a bionic arm then there are now hidden removed parts like your hand etc. if you have devmode enabled and go to the health tab you can enable "hidden" hedeffs and if you have lots of bionics there will be lots of "missing" parts that are hidden from view but still cause the regenerator to try and fix them..
ShivKnight 25 Apr, 2022 @ 1:12pm
Im running into an interesting bug. The lvl 2 regenerator on a healthy pawn is repeatedly being expended to heal "removed" instead of being kept to heal actual injuries.
Snail 3 Apr, 2022 @ 5:57pm
Having really irritating issues with the steam workshop system, is there a local version of this somewhere?
Acrophet 30 Mar, 2022 @ 11:52pm
I saw that, but I thought I didn't need to download that mod to craft them at the vanilla fabrication bench.
Deh Chump Minster 22 Mar, 2022 @ 6:37pm
@Acrophet the items in this mod are not craft-able without other mods (More Archotech Garbage for example.) They are a reward or trading item similar to base game archotech implants.
Acrophet 18 Mar, 2022 @ 12:28am
Unable to craft these items at the fabrication bench. Am I missing something?
Floxii 20 Feb, 2022 @ 6:20am
Good Mod:steamthumbsup:
Daunmi 22 Jan, 2022 @ 11:03pm
I was sure I'd tried that, but I must have been using a different option. Thanks for getting me to try again!
Deh Chump Minster 21 Jan, 2022 @ 11:57pm
@Daunmi Are they not disappearing normally? They should disappear immediately after the pawn is resurrected. If for whatever reason they are not going away, use dev mode to destroy them.
Daunmi 21 Jan, 2022 @ 10:12am
Any way to get rid of lingering archotech mists?
frickheckcrud 28 Dec, 2021 @ 6:32pm
is there a way to speed up the regenerator age reversal?
Mezz  [author] 22 Dec, 2021 @ 8:05am
@overgrown palico Thanks for sharing!
overgrown palico 22 Dec, 2021 @ 7:47am
This can be resolved by commenting out the entire SoS2 related part in Crafting.xml in Patch folder of More Archotech Garbage.
overgrown palico 22 Dec, 2021 @ 7:31am
And also completely break your research screen.
overgrown palico 22 Dec, 2021 @ 7:31am
More archotech garbage just updated and it appears to have introduced an incompat with this mod. It will cause red errors associated with SoS2 on startup.
Deh Chump Minster 9 Dec, 2021 @ 12:52pm
@nex If your asking about editing how long it takes for a charge to generate, you can edit that in the mod settings.

That being said from what I can tell it seems to completely break the way archotech limbs work. Removing a limb doesn't seem to remove the archotech limb hediff, and even if it did technically an entire organic arm is already in it's place, making the regenerator regenerate the organic arm instead of the archotech/bionic equivalent should the arm be lost.
nex 8 Dec, 2021 @ 3:20pm
since the regenerator is bugged aka wasting charges on "removed" parts how would i go about changing the rate that single charge that works gets charged?

i've done a quick scan of the xml files in the mod folder and can't find it. is this only in the c# portion of the mod and therefore uneditable for me?

if so if / when taranchuk eventually looks at this mod (i know they are busy atm) can they add a option to speed up the charge generation? we can thankfully already increase the regen speed which is impossible in some other regen mods i've used in the past..
Kaydizzle 1 Dec, 2021 @ 7:32pm
@Cormac its a feature
Cormac 1 Dec, 2021 @ 11:36am
is it a bug on my end that the Archotech Subdermal Armor lvl 3 gives 50% reduced damage? i doublechecked and i've got only this archotech mod loaded in my list. (or is it Combat extended related?)

if it is intended that we get 50% reduced damage, the Core trait 'Tough' reduces damage taken by 50%, minus 50% of ASA3 is 0% Damage taken (yes, i verified it, if it is a Archotech issue, your pawn would be 100% immun to damage)
Sally smithson 1 Dec, 2021 @ 3:49am
@mezz i didn't actually expect you to change anything, seeing as my tone was pretty hostile. Thanks for reading my little rant :D
Deh Chump Minster 1 Dec, 2021 @ 3:41am
I took a look at both versions and yeah, I'm a bit under qualified to work on this. I'd assume looking at it, it has something to do with Hediff_Regeneration.cs as there are some minor differences between Mlie's versions and ++ but I can't tell for sure. Sorry I couldn't help.
Deh Chump Minster 1 Dec, 2021 @ 3:08am
I'm not really either, most of my knowledge with programming is anecdotal. That being said I might try my hand at looking into it.
Mezz  [author] 1 Dec, 2021 @ 3:05am
I'm not a coder so I wouldn't even know where to start looking. If you could figure it out, please let me know so I can update it.
Deh Chump Minster 1 Dec, 2021 @ 3:02am
Okay, that's fine. It does actually stop once the all the removed parts get "regenerated." weirdly enough archotech+ (continued) by mlie doesn't have this issue. Perhaps looking at the code from that could help?
Mezz  [author] 1 Dec, 2021 @ 2:58am
I have Taranchuk currently working on it. He's very busy with several commissions at once so don't expect a fix anytime soon.
Deh Chump Minster 1 Dec, 2021 @ 2:57am
Hey, just wanted to ask is there any news on fixing the regenerator bug?
