underground/water cables can be of unlimited length and it might solve some issues people have
There is nothing I can do in terms of fixing mod as this is an old game issue that was fixed a while ago but seems to get back again. However it works after saving and reloading the save any time after you built this buoy. I know it’s not the best solution but again there’s nothing I can do about it.

Cheat mode and key combinations in a cheat mode are the direct cause of unusual behavior like this and is intended by game design.
No, you cannot. Game limitation. And there is nothing I can do about it, sorry.

also I can't transport workers by sea using passengers docks,when I do so the ship unloads the workers at the rig then it is stuck and don't move giving me a question mark

This is an issue with free powered buildings, just wait for the next day/nigh cycle change, it usually starts to work. I can't do anything about it.

No, it is fine. It named "buoy" and it is in mod.
Added free buoy shaped geenrator to place next to rig if someone has an issues with power usage. I don't have it and can not confirm it as for me it just works. But if it does not works for you, you now have a power source to place next to it

It seems that without electricity is loading that slow, that this great mod is not even playable.
Somebody else here in comments said: add $PRODUCTION eletric 18 To building ini.
I did it, but what It does is building is now needing electricty:/ so it does not help.
I have smaller tanker with 16300t, about 150 workers, and it is loading soooo slow, that to fully load that ship will take real days, not ingame days, but real 24 hour days:)
That is literally slowest loading in any station in game, why?:)

In descrition about Oil Rig is not specified what is the max length of the ship. Maybe you forgot to change it? by mistake:/
So garbare is already in stable version, is there actually a way to "disable" production of garbage through buidling. ini from some buidling?
