a number of things, laser, dair, active frames on a few of his strongs, shine kick and a few other things all put onto one character created a complete agony to play against. he was legal for quite some time, and in that time he was easily the most complained about character. people still discuss today if he was actually busted or just hell to play against, but most people tended to agree that he was just had too many tools that were much too good, at least within the context of rivals, i hope that's a good enough explanation
