Further more and technically speaking, I wouldn't see why there would be a compatibility issue, my mod is simply designed to add Meshes of faces through a datatable and make beards visible on them, if IQOL can do it, if Pippi can do it... then i think the problem lies somewhere else.
As for the continuation, the reason this mod honestly exists is because i was inspired by very amazing authors who made the character customization absolutely brilliant, I was sad to hear that RA mod was taken down by it author, Valid reasons i'm positive, though left a big empty for me in the modding community, time being Conan exiles isn't exactly motivating for me to work on. I apologize if this sounds disappointing. TLDR: This mod will remain on hold for now when it comes to technicality and features, as for adding new faces, prolly to be expected at some point.
@Anubis I apologize for my very late answer, I cannot maintain a discord as i got my own troubles keeping me on my toes in real life, the mod doesn't update frequently so it shouldn't be a bother.
Odd question.. but do you perhaps play a male character with a beard applied by any chance ?
DjinniGenie, can you be more specific, which faces are giving you that feel so i'd be able to look into it, try give the number of the presets starting from the very first face that this mod adds?.
1- There is a slight Devkit solution that'll adjust the size of the beard, it wont completely erase the issue but it'll get us close to the goal.
2- Every Face we made so far will get a slight modification on the jaw area/ mouth extrusion to fit it to the beard so gaps would completely vanish.
However, the 2nd option is something i'm not really comfortable on doing because every male head would change a bit and i'm not sure how all of you using this mod would react to that change. Its a difficult choice.
Our aim with this mod is not to go beyond bounderies and break the rules for the sake of quality, sadly in order to make a mod compatible with the game rules and make it also fairplay with other fellow mods like RA for example, it is necessary to stick to certain limits, something that certain modders seem to forget, thus increasing the chance for their mod to cause issues or to break in the future.
We wanted to work more and polish the next update but it seems we are forced to deliver now instead of later. However, good news for all of you:
1-Beards should work now, prolly even with other mods that add face presets (i'll update the main
page once i fix my harddrive issue and the devkit).
2-There is a bunch of new faces to play with.
Enjoy yourselves until the next update drops.

If your asking how to transfer looks from MC to thrall. that's a question more suited for IQOL discord. However, from my experience:
-(SHIFT+M) to "open/customize/save preset" menu
-Load a Saved preset, Interact with the thrall by holding E/R then transfer your looks to the thrall (there is an IQOL option there).
If you are asking how to achieve a copy past of the screenshots on this mod page, assuming you do have IQOL:
-Open the character customization menu (SHIFT+M > Customize character)
-Go to Race, HOLD SHIFT and Select any race you are not currently using, but mainly you want to load the Hyborian Preset (First one).
-Once you physically see the Hyborian preset, the IQOL settings will reset back to default and you'll notice that the faces this mod adds look identical to the scheenshot ones.
I hope I've been of some sort of help.
