You missed an opportunity to use Rodríguez de Francia instead. Then you should've just modeled him entirely on what Carlyle said in his books and not at all with anything to do with reality. True historian moments with that approach. Might as well read Procopius' 'Secret History' and model Theodora's Byzantium on that too, would be pretty funny.
