Something like fancydrone_nearbyonly 0/1 would probably do the trick; 0 would hide that big ass laggy list of entities.
i've made a small bundle of mods to allow half-life 2 units [manhacks,rollermines and turrets] to be send via the Fancy Drone, check it out.
