I used RICO to change it over to something. I just found it surprising that the default cost was so high - it took me a little while to figure out why I was losing money. Great looking asset, though. I added some downward orange spotlights to give it a little glow at night.

This asset is based on a vanilla building, so the construction and maintenance costs are not set in detail.
If you use this mod, you can freely set the maintenance cost and other items, so why not use it?
