also, if you have so many small scenes and objects, its better to place them closer to each other, so your map will look better if you place everything near the diner.
You can use grid tool to move objects accurately: Press G to make grid visible, and use + and - keys to set it's size. Now, when you select any objects and hold ctrl while moving them, they'll be moved on an equal distance. So, you can use that to move rooms, primitives and enemies to a new area without breaking their position comparing each to each.
Oh, and also, you should make grass non-glossy, that looks weird :D
