Dude the chrome shotgun is the one I was looking for it's a shame that it's only the ones that appear in dead centre gunship you should make a standalone version of the chrome

In every mod I see of the original L4D shotgun, the pump is always basically pinched with the index and thumb, with every other finger off the back. even on L4D2 animations. It's bizarre

Shame the survivors don't really hold the pump at all, I have yet to see any port/edit of the L4D1 shotgun anims that fixes that issue

For some reason, the sounds bundled with this addon make it so that the reload sound of both Tier 1 shotguns randomly uses two very different shell insert sounds. It's really discordant and annoying so I'd prefer either correctly applied L4D1 sounds or no packaged sounds at all.

All you have to do is add the skinfamilies block in after cdmaterials in the qc. Like this: $cdmaterials "models\v_models\Weapons\autoshot\"
$cdmaterials "models\w_models\tac_light\"
$cdmaterials ""

$texturegroup "skinfamilies"

They use the same textures because of TLS alt skins. There are the special guns that use the opposite pump shotgun's textures.

Well, the conflict is there and I had to pick a different chrome shotgun mod because it is not okay for me to see useless conflicts as it takes time to close "incompatibilities found" message when openning addons menu. I'd also have to manually scroll and check if there are any other conflicts with some new mods, when without useless conflicts like this I'd just have to open addons menu, see that nothing pops up and I'm golden. Really, it's so annoying to have some silly conflicts and having to get red of/replace some mods literally because of "readmeeeee.txt collides in 2 VPKs:".
Sorry for my ranting, it's just that chrome shotgun probably shouldn't include a file which would cause this issue with Any other pump shotgun addon.

When using your Chrome And Pump shotguns together:

File materials/models/v_models/weapons/shotgun/v_pump_shotgun_chrome.vmt collides in VPKs:

Useless error. There are no vvd files for those files because they're just for the animations. They don't need vertices.

They "conflict" because they use the same animation reference file and textures. They're the exact same in both so it won't make either mod not work.
