No mod that i am aware of works in rebirth, you need at least afterbirth+ for mods

Interesting! Have you thought about animating your pain mod more to make it look more like it's whining? Like an upgrade to the animation! :eye::eye:

I only have a death sound effect, a body death animation (only affects the body of isaac), a hit sound effect, and your pain mod. The body death animation shouldn't affect your mod, right? Because your mod only affects the ghost/spirit.

oh i see, if you use any other mod that changes animations, they will override, there is no fix(that i know) for that, more than having one or another mod at a time

okay i just foud out that having the two mods override this one and the ghost's deaths are the normal ones. solution: im gonnna kill myse- im just gonna make the both mod into this one so expect an update
