I agree with "Corruptinator", if you were trying for an X-men or X-Ray visor, you did a decent job. However, if you were aiming to make Spy blind and then adding a visor just like Lt. Com. LaForge, just without the vertical lines and with more glow, you did a good job.

I don't think this really fits the TF2 artstyle.

I know it's probably supposed to be the visor worn by Cyclops from X-Men but how does X-Men relate to TF2?? And Cyclops could not go invisible or shapeshift or disguise himself with illusions, so I fail to see what connection this item has to Spy.

If you make it more 1950s/60s raygun-punk retro scifi in style, like the Dr Grordbort items by WETA Workshop that Valve added ages ago, it might work better.
