Avriel_Dealek 1 Jul, 2017 @ 11:24pm
other than that it is a great idia
Avriel_Dealek 1 Jul, 2017 @ 11:21pm
There is a problem with this mod,you have to kill the chickens to get any feathers! This means I get attacked every time I try to get them. Is there some other way to get these feathers? (the dont show up in venders)
Nyromath  [author] 20 Apr, 2017 @ 3:26am
Oh wow, what a coincedence that I should come and check on this mod on it's 3rd anniversary! Or, a day after it... unless the date shown is American time, in which case I'm 23 hours ahead, so yay
Undead_Linux 14 Apr, 2017 @ 4:34am
This should have been in the regular game, not just DLC.
Hagimemnon 18 Jun, 2014 @ 11:17am
Do you have to activate it in some way? I turned off all dlc, I am getting bored of vampires. So this mod for crafting arrows is really useful. I have a number of other mods running, such as potion ordering and skyforged shields. I've slaughtered loads of chickens, but no feathers. Checked at three forges and no craftable arrows option, either as seperate function nor in each group...iron and steel etc. I've checked to see that the mod was ticked in data files (yes)...not sure what to try next...perhaps its clashing with another mod?
The_Satan_Ditzy 21 May, 2014 @ 3:40pm
This mod is great for roleplaying as a bandit or a hunter since they're survivery.
NiennaOgg 1 May, 2014 @ 6:18pm
It's not Hearthfire that gives craftable arrows. Dawnguard is the DLC that lets you craft arrows. I don't load it half the time, so this mod is very much appreciated.
Skata 30 Apr, 2014 @ 5:29pm
I didnt know it did either to be honest, mine doesnt let me craft them for some reason, so I use the mod for that.
Nyromath  [author] 30 Apr, 2014 @ 4:40pm
Thx Skata! At first I didn't know that the DLC's added craftable arrows, and I had Hearthfire, but I couldn't craft arrows. So this mod became a mod that allows everyone with Skyrim to craft arrows, DLC or vanilla.
Skata 30 Apr, 2014 @ 4:37pm
Whats up with the stupid critiques?
Its a great mod for those who dont have Hearthfire (not everyone has that DLC) and its a function that, really, should have been in the game to start with.
I love that people actually take the time to fix up a craftable arrows mod and share it others. @Nyromath - love the mod!

If you have Hearthfire then just shut up and dont use the mod.
Lanik 28 Apr, 2014 @ 6:04am
@Nyromath
I forgot to write that it was for people without the DLC. Couldnt think that clearly because of dehydration.
Nyromath  [author] 27 Apr, 2014 @ 11:58pm
Alcatraz,
I thought about that Craftable Stones of Berenziah mod idea, and I thought it was a good idea. It is now a good and proper mod, up for download in the workshop.
Nyromath  [author] 27 Apr, 2014 @ 4:09pm
Linkredeble,
Yes, my Hearthfire is probably broken then, but this isn't for the people who have add-ons, this mod is for people who play ordinary vanilla Skyrim.
Lanik 27 Apr, 2014 @ 3:05pm
@Nyromath
Its not cheating if you pay for the arrows (my fourht step) but your heartfire is broken so i guess this mod suits for you. (and the rest of the people with a broken heartfire dlc)
Nyromath  [author] 27 Apr, 2014 @ 1:21pm
Linkredeble,
Okay then, maybe my Hearthfire is broken, and that may explain the fact that it deleted my level 28 khajiit character when I bought it. But even if my Hearthfire is broken, I swore to myself that I would never use any cheats that I didn't need. And before you say anything else, yes, using console commands to get arrows is cheating.
☆Arisu Yuki-onna☆ 27 Apr, 2014 @ 11:13am
@ Nyromath yeah thats the quest that im trying to get past and its 99 according to my quest list i started a new game so yeah i forgot what the name was (i was ingame when i made the comment)

@Linkredeble yeah there are Console Commands but that sort of takes some of the fun out of the game from time to time
Lanik 27 Apr, 2014 @ 8:31am
And btw ever heard of console commands? If you lack arrows do this: 1. Open the console by pressing the button over Tab. 2. Write help "iron arrow" 0 (or any arrow you want) 3. Write player.additem (the code for the arrow here) and then how many arrows you want. 4. (this step is only if you want to do it more legit than just giving you arrows) check the value of the arrows and type this in the console: player.additem f -(the ammount it is worth)
Lanik 27 Apr, 2014 @ 8:25am
@Nyromath
Then your heartfire is broken.
Nyromath  [author] 26 Apr, 2014 @ 10:30pm
Alcatraz,
I have Hearthfire and I don't get to craft arrows without my mod, and there already is a quest where you 24 of those 'Unusual Gems', which you'll later find out are actually called 'Stones of Berenziah'.
☆Arisu Yuki-onna☆ 26 Apr, 2014 @ 6:13pm
now! if you can make a mod that lets you craft Unusual Gems (the pink/purple gem in a box where u need 99 for a quest) that would be interesting
☆Arisu Yuki-onna☆ 26 Apr, 2014 @ 6:12pm
and yeah hearthfire comes with craftable arrows man so a bit useless to any1 who uses hearthfire
Nyromath  [author] 26 Apr, 2014 @ 5:55pm
Alcatraz,
That isn't the point. This is just a mod where you can craft arrows, you don't actually need to be sick of having to find or buy arrows to get this mod!
Lanik 26 Apr, 2014 @ 4:57pm
Heartfire DLC comes with craftable arrows ._.
☆Arisu Yuki-onna☆ 25 Apr, 2014 @ 6:06pm
actualy... once i get to riften in the sewers theres some1 training with a bow... i believe he uses iron arrows but u can basicly take his arrows from the dummy he is shooting at
LugasG 25 Apr, 2014 @ 12:44pm
I hate runing out of Arrows, so this was a great lttile DL
Tomoko 25 Apr, 2014 @ 1:36am
"For example: Glass arrow"

I'm going to stop you there, since glass arrows don't have feathers... maybe you should think about these things before just saying "Every arrow uses feathers!".
Tomoko 25 Apr, 2014 @ 1:26am
Congratulations! I just want to ask, does this conflict with the DLC's craftable arrows or does it just add another recipie?
Nyromath  [author] 25 Apr, 2014 @ 1:22am
I'd like to thank all subscribers, visitors and favoriters! With your support, I've managed to make this number 30 out of 26040ish mods in terms of popularity! This, as you could imagine, is very exciting for the likes of me. Thanks guys! :P
Tomoko 24 Apr, 2014 @ 5:49am
also
Yes, it does level smithing and also, check out my 'Craftable Flawless Gems' mod, make on gem and it gives you alot of experience.

Tomoko 24 Apr, 2014 @ 5:49am
i love how craftable arrows in DLC XD
dusteebutch 23 Apr, 2014 @ 7:58am
Cool mod, i thinks it's better than the Dawngaurd recipie case theres no feathers for the fletchings in that and ths is also slightly more challanging.
Step_Dad 22 Apr, 2014 @ 3:32pm
That's a nice idea for those without dawnguard, good job. I didn't sub because I don't need it but I felt there was a lot of negativity thrown at you.
The_Hghuy 21 Apr, 2014 @ 5:00am

Mechanical Poetry 19 Apr, 2014 @ 11:49pm
To the people that are hating. Pretty sure you can only craft arrows if you have Dawnguard. So chill out...
