God thank you for naming her COLUMBIA because thats what she is! Those remake idiots had NO RIGHT to RENAME the class AT ALL! Its the COLUMBIA class as the COLUMBIA was the FIRST FINISHED ONE even in this fail of a remake! And with only VERY FEW (namely 3) EXEPTIONS where the nameship was the SECOND FINISHED ONE it stands that way throughout history!

But you can change the material type before spawning the ship, so this one could be made of any other material but keep in mind that sometimes some materials don't have specific block so they will be replaced by smart hull i think. So per exemple if you transform this one to Titanium, Hangars will be replaced and youll not be able to use fighters until you get to Trinium

They are always listed at the right of the picture, so this one needs iron and trinium

Nice to hear that Nuadrin. For your turret placement problem, i usually recommend to reduce the size of the grid when youre in building mode, it will help you to place precisely your turrets in narrow places or small turret bases like the ones on the side hangars. But i know its a flaw on Mercury Class ships. I'll work on it as soon as possible

I loooooooove this ship, but I have a question. I'm having trouble placing turrets on the flight pods or changing the turret design to fit turrets. Have you found a work around for this that I don't know about?

in fact the launchers at the extreme right and left were borderline with the armor blocks so it was my mistake, i didn't give enough room for them to work nicely. But now it is thanks to you so thank you again for that

Found a tiny flaw, the two outer torpedo launchers are saying they don't have a firing arc even though they shouldn't be having an issue. Might need to resize them JUST ever so slightly.
