i think you are getting one of these liveries(mid era, i believe) confused with the same body shaped SMU's of the same era. the difference in the sets was, for suburban traffic max 120km/h, non-aerodynamic doors, no toilet, i.e all seating inside the carriage... thx ex qr 1981-1998

Wicked. Maybe do an SMU 200/220? Basically similar shape to the IMU 100/120

The front of the ICE is slightly different to the EMU, less rounded. A bunch of differences between them though. Faster, manual slam-doors, 2-car or 3-car sets with a cab on only one end. Compatible with the EMU in all sorts of weird and wonderful ways. Ran the Capricornia service from Brisbane to Rockhampton until replaced by the Electric Tilt Train.

@『Mentally Unstable Carbon』 is there any ICE Class?
@MrSledge You are welcome, it's always great to see the thing you use to ride in real life comes to your favourite game :lunar2019grinningpig:

Thanks,

the work you do is amazing.

I have travelled on these trains. For a period they travelled from the Gold Coast to Brisbane Airport on a reduced timetable.

Because the trains were operated by a private company and not the government, they shut the last part of the journey down after 7 pm. So it became Gold Coast to Brisbane CBD.

You couldn't catch an evening flight unless you found an alternate way to do the final Brisbane CBD - Brisbane Airport leg (essentially an expensive cab ride).

The trains stop at several Gold Coast stations and then express into Brisbane CBD, with a stop at Loganlea for the Logan Hospital.

Again, thank you for your work. :-)

Hooray! Something I can use on my QR save other than the ICE!
