I am unsure if it's related to bgnpc's or the new Simfphys merger thing, but I NPC's don't seem to spawn with the cars at all. I do have DV points on the map and spawning cars and giving them DV does make them drive like normal, but they just don't spawn on their own

So for the people asking if it only supports gm_bigcity, no. What I do know 100% is if you want npcs to use vehicles on other maps, you have to set up your own dv routes.

It's the only way I can find, unless map creators or reuploaders want to upload a map with dv support.

the cars spawn, but the npc's are standing on the roof and don't drive it. so it just sits there with a person standing on the roof.

I am unsure if it's exactly this mod, but whenever npc's spawn with the cars I get errors like this:

The cars spawn with npcs on top of them,but they dont get in the car and drive,and yes load points on start up is on and i have waypoints,what can i do to fix this?

step 1 open big city make sure you have background NPC install and Decent vehicle and Gta sa car mod
step 2 go to decent vehicle click the button where it says generate ai node or smt
step 3 have fun
