Actually, I think I found it. I uploaded the file to a Mediafire link and changed the description to reflect this. Sorry I didn't look sooner, been busy in life this last week. Same principle as the mega link, add in the . and the / where the spaces are.

You can edit this yourself in 5 minutes for free!

**Download Greenfish Icon Editor Pro**
(This program is very small. Find with Google search)

Once installed open an existing document (Top right, 3rd icon)
Need to resize every frame.

1) Click on a frame from the list on left hand side.
2) "Ctrl+A" to select all then "Ctrl+T" to transform.
3) Change size to what you want it to be.
- Large: 32x32 (Current size)
- Medium: 24x24
- Small: 16x16 (default windows pointer size)
4) Once EVERY frame has been resized, hit the save icon above the image list or Ctrl+S

PRO TIP: Use Shift+Ctrl+S to "Save as" to make a separate copy and not lose the original.
- In case you made a mistake, you won't have to download the file again.
- Use this to make a 24x24 version and a 16x16 version so you can have all three sizes!

How to install the Windows Desktop custom animated "Rainbow Cursor"

1) Download the file from the link in the description.
- Make sure you add the period "." between mega and nz for the link to work.
Just copy paste it into any web browser.

2) Place this file "Rainbow Cursor 1.ani" into this folder under file path - C:\Windows\Cursors

3) Under Windows settings
(Right click the Windows icon, bottom left of task bar or press the Windows Key)
- Open Devices and left hand side click on Cursor.
- On the cursor settings page, you should see on right hand side "Additional Mouse Options"
- This will open a new dialogue box called "Mouse Properties"

4) Mouse Properties
- Click on the tab at the top called "Pointers"
- Under customize: Click on "Normal Select" and then the browse button at the bottom right.
- Scroll down to click on Rainbow Cursor 1 and select open. (This list is in alphabetical order)
- Hit apply and you should now have a cool custom Terraria Rainbow Cursor.

Hello, I decided to make my own personal version of this with an alternate Smart cursor mode so I could actually tell which mode I was in, and also while I was at it made the magnifying glass (Cursor_2.png) in this style as well, and was wondering if I could have your permission to upload that version onto the Workshop in case anyone else wanted such a thing!

The Animated one is for Windows only. There is no way to actually animate it in Terraria.

Peculiar, it works for me. Tested it on a different device w/o even being logged in.
You remembered to add the period between mega and nz, and included everything thereafter, correct? Didn't accidentally leave out a few characters or hit a key and add a character that shouldn't be there?
