Just add the files to your custom liveries folder and spawn them in that way. Otherwise there would be thousands of variants on the workshop. If you do upload, please also provide the link to the Livery Combinator for others to use as well.

I haven't been publishing them all to the workshop as I've created a tool to allow you to make any combination you'd like and there are now ever 6,900 possible combinations between containers and well cars,

I've added more well car variants and a lot more container variants. You can use this tool to mix and match your own custom liveries for use in your game.
