Look, as long as i can transform the land as i take it, as per my secret tech, then im happy. I would also love to be able to create all the minor suport power installations. Like cannons.

Mind you though that the new Operations are placeholders and that the descriptions are thus a bit misleading (and they have weird Icons. See the screenshots above). To unlock them:
Synthesis: Reactivate Imperial Androids
Promethean: PyrX Flash Strike
Heritor: Ancestral Wrath (since it basically is a clone that you can use on your own sectors)
