Hey, just writing to let you know, I wanted to terraform one of the permafrost worlds you spawn with as lunari origin into Eco-Arcology, it failed to do so. Result of the 10 year project was half of the buildings and city districts being demolished, and the planet remaining permafrost.

The decisions don't appear for you? I saw them in appear in my Celestial Throne game, which was not a new run. You should see two of each decision -- the regular ones, and then these special Elf decisions (which only require that you have 1 Blocker or less).

Okay, added the decisions and tested one of them (Palace Arcology). The tooltips are not working yet but the decisions are, and I think they'll appear in your game even without starting a new run.

Ah yeah I was about to post that. It looks like there are two decisions available for regular Ecu.

I can probably add a decision for the other types with the same special Elf exceptions.

Dang! I overlooked something. I can turn the planet into a normal Arcology but I can't change it into any from the expanded arcologies submod. Like palace/fortress/eco

I just tested without planet diversity. There's an Arcology project with different requirements. Number of uncleared blockers is less than 2 and an unclearable blocker can be converted. It's working

If you're going Celestial Throne origin with the expanded arcologies submod of Planetary Diversity You can't turn your capital into an Ecumenopolis because the sentient dragons are counted as a planet blocker. Thought you might want to know since there's text saying it would be converted when changing into an Ecumenopolis
