I made a fix mod for some changes that you had mentioned in changes list but not implemented yet. I will remove it once you fix yourself.

Likely that radious or another mod of yours conflict. Try disabling all mods and run this mod only and see if it works

does it still works? I can see the discription etc in the main menu that he recovers credibility over time, but when I play a campaign with him it says -1 Credibility after each turn. I'm playing this game with radious.

tbh he should to be op. without his power this history will never be intrested. like u could just let his ai take the north and u will have romance and u need to allie with others to stop him if u dont give a shit baout history play another total war

BUG - The Scheme "Children in the hand" does not work. The numbers appear on the diplomatic screen, but the attitude toward the target never changes

Yeah, CA made cao cao op then left. So I tried to balance him out and tweak him so he's less crazy and exploitable to play as, and also so the AI make more sense to use the mechanic and less crazy.

Thanks for making this, man! Finally got around to playing this game after purchasing it ages ago and thought "hey, Liu Bei's campaign is probably a great place to start," and it absolutely was until getting whacked with the food-loss scheme at turn 10'ish. The only other mod I could find just disables it completely, and that's hardly ideal, so thanks for taking the time to actually fine-tune it!

No, the schemes were not faction wide. Again, they never were :P I tested it myself. Non modded.

They're not factionwide debuffs. never was. They were army specific all the time. :)
Never changed that.

The case of the retinue upkeep and charge debuff is designed for specific army only no? Or is it just gonna be stuck as a faction-wide debuff?

Great changes overall imo. The biggest question now is, will AI schemes still target faction-wide or just the targeted army now? The faction-wide retinue and charge debuff is kinda ridiculous in the early game.
