@Frettzo: The rocket launcher and missile launcher and one of the anti-materiel rifles are dependent on the base mod's sound effects. Several of the weapons also depend on the Oversized Weapons .dll, but in this case that's also included in Vanilla Expanded Framework (a dependency here), so that's a non-issue.
If you don't want to rename vanilla weapons, just delete the entire Languages folder from the base mod folder (/steamapps/workshop/content/294100/2312228108). You can also either load it before VTexE (if using that) or delete the Textures folder if you don't want the texture overrides.
XML error: <weaponTags Inherit="False"><li>SpacerGun</li><li>HeavyGun</li></weaponTags> doesn't correspond to any field in type RecipeMakerProperties.
I'm getting these two errors despite having both prerequisites. I also tried moving this mod around in the load order quite a bit, but neither being above nor below the main pack seemed to matter.
