I took a look at the mod and you're correct. I forgot to enable them as a trader. It should be fixed now. Let me know if there's anything that comes up
I'm afraid I cant do so because I don't have the mod installed to do a patch for it. You're free to make a patch for it though
I checked the mod you linked and it looks like it won't cause any issues in terms of the placement regarding the towns since they're spaced well off
