in iSorrowproductions video, I heard there is a mod that adds more focus trees, e.g. Syria, Iraq, and etc. I can't find it on the workshop?

@Xherdos This one is bigger, and has focuses that scale with population.
Compare them both ingame and choose the one you prefer ^^

which Generic Tree is better This one or Global Conflict?

Actually all ideologies have access to a bit more than their dedicated branch.
If you go reactionnary, you also have access to the branch under conservatism.
You can access Realpolitk from there.

@labrat_3 I modded the AI so that it will not choose that focus often though, except for some countries like north Korea or Iran.
